I picked up my G2 as second carry gun since my wife also has her permit. I like the Slim and this offers 5 more rounds per magazine and a second magazine with purchase. Length and height are identical once you consider the grip extension I put on the Slim to accommodate my fat hands.

The gun is minimally wider, not really noticeable in the small of my back.

I fed about 1 1/2 boxes of ammo through it with no problems feeding Blazer or Remmington ammo. Shooting at 25' so as far as I should ever need inside the house for sure. Some tendency to pull it left anticipating recoil but that is all me and still within minute of bad guy.

Fit and finish seem just a bit nicer on the Slim but nithing that affects function. Looking forward to improving accuracy with practice and like having additional rounds available.

COOL !!!!! Wish I had the funds for another CC weapon, but I have to get the wife hers before end of year (in case politics dictates) and truck troubles and not to mention the fact that it is FALL and the money tree quit blooming back in July and ,,,,well you get the pic.

Still a nice set CK,,,enjoy them !!!!

I have been shooting the G2 pretty regularly and did well out to 50 feet which is likely the max for self defense. I have taken two deer with my Blackhawk 357 and thought I would see what the G2 did at 50 yards. Very disappointing with 3-4 of 10 rounds in a silloutte despite rest. Wondered if maybe ammo choice affected accuracy so bought a box of 125 and 147 grain bullets to see. Amazing the difference with the 147 and all 10 rounds on target at 50 yards. Definitely looking to buy more ammo in this weight and use the 115 gr ammo I have for plinking!
