bigchew,

Your posts would carry a bit more "weight" if you had more than 4 posts, pretty much pushing your leasing opportunities.

SORRY THATS NOT WHAT IT WAS INTENDED FOR. MY LEASE GROUND IS FULL AND HAS BEEN FOR 7 YEARS. I WAS LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THAT THERE ARE LEASES AVAILABLE TO YOU EVER WANTED THEM. I HAVE NO CONNECTION TO COAL COMPANY WHICH IS B&N COAL. FOR MY LACK OF POSTS I NORMALLY DONT USE THIS SITE. I USE OHIOSPORTSMAN MOST OF THE TIME.THANK YOU

FOR THE AEP RESPONSE I LIVE IN NOBLE COUNTY AND WE HAVE 30,000 ACRES OF AEP GROUND. I DO KNOW IT HAS BEEN IT THE WORKS FOR AEP TO ALSO LEASE THEIR GROUND. THE OTHER 2 COAL COMPANIES ARE CONSOLE AND B&N ARE NOW LEASING THEIR GROUND. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL THOSE COMPANIES AND VERIFY FOR YOURSELF.

As for the land. Do you know if any of the land is strip mines?

Most of the ground is not strip mines but a few are. Most have mature or semi mature timber. If you would like more information and maps please contact Tom Schott land manager at B and N Coal in Dexter City, Ohio.

i work for AEP, i've talked to the land management division, its not profitable to lease small parcels for chump change (chump change to a 14 billion dollar company)
