Was just wondering if any of you dig roots for tea or to add to soups? I have to travel to Arlington Cemetery in two weeks and will be taking along the spade to dig some tree roots in WV for tea. This is the best time for digging roots. All the rich sap in the trees are down in the roots during the winter.
Just enjoying the preparation.
